This policy explains what information Yondsite collects through yondsite.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Yondsite is a white-label production partner based in Bangladesh. For any privacy question, email anik@yondsite.com.
Information you give us
When you send our contact form, we receive your name, email address, company website, the services you need, your preferred way of working, your timeline and your project details. We also record how you found us: the site or campaign that brought you here and the first page you saw. If you book a call or message us on WhatsApp, those services pass us the details you share there.
Information collected automatically
We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to improve it:
- Google Analytics shows us visitor numbers, the pages viewed, the device and general location, and which sites sent visitors here.
- Microsoft Clarity shows us how people use our pages, including clicks, scrolling and session replays. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.
These tools use cookies and similar technologies. Our site also uses your browser's storage to remember your cookie choice and how you found us.
Your cookie choices
Visitors in Europe are asked before analytics start. Anyone can change their choice at any time in cookie settings, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and deliver our services.
- To keep a record of inquiries and our work with clients.
- To understand which pages and marketing work, and to improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations.
If you are in the EU or UK, our legal bases are your consent (analytics), the steps needed to respond to your request or perform a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and securing our business. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the services that help us run this site and our business: Hostinger (hosting), Google (business email and Google Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), Calendly (call booking) and WhatsApp (messaging). They may process data in other countries, including outside your own. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and client records for as long as we need them for the purposes above, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit how we use it, to receive a copy, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email anik@yondsite.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
