These terms apply to work Yondsite delivers for your agency or business. Your written quote or agreement sets the scope, price, and dates. If it differs from these terms, the written quote or agreement applies. Questions go to anik@yondsite.com.
Quotes and scope
Prices on our website and estimates from our calculator are a guide. A written quote holds for 30 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted before it starts.
Payment
All prices are in USD. Projects under $2,000 are paid 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Projects over $2,000 are paid 40% to start, 30% at design approval, and 30% on delivery. Monthly retainers are invoiced on the first of each month and are due within 7 days. We start work once the first payment arrives.
Retainers and add-ons
The first month of a retainer is a paid trial. After that, either side can end the retainer or an add-on with 30 days notice. Reserved capacity does not roll over to the next month.
Revisions
We iterate on the agreed scope until you are satisfied. A change to the scope itself is a new request and is quoted separately.
Deadlines
Dates are agreed in writing. If we miss an agreed date because of our own delay, 10% comes off that project. Dates move when feedback, content, or access arrives late, or when the scope changes.
Ownership
Rights to the final deliverables transfer to you on final payment. Third-party items such as fonts, stock assets, and software stay under their own licenses.
Confidentiality and white-label work
We sign an NDA before a project begins. We do not contact your clients, and we do not show your clients' work without your written permission.
Third-party costs
Hosting, domains, plugins, ad spend, GoHighLevel plans, and phone, messaging, and AI usage are paid by you or your client directly, unless a quote says otherwise.
Limits
We do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, ad performance, or AI accuracy. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
